Selecting Reports in the Customer Experience Dashboard

You can easily access customer reports not only through the Reports module, but also from the Customer Experience Dashboard.

To select a report

  1. Select Dashboards, and then select the Customer Experience Dashboard from the menu bar.
  2. Click on the Select a report droplist under Reports.
  3. Select the report from the droplist, and then click on the >> button to the right of the droplist. The report is generated and opens in a new screen.
